Clear Vue Eye Center proudly serves the community through several non-profit activities throughout the year.

Project Access is a coordinated mission of volunteering physicians and facilities in Palm Beach County that is sponsored by Palm Beach County Medical Society. It links providers to indigent people needing services. Dr. Barbour has been a provider of services for more than 10 years in this programs.

Eye Care America is the Foundation for the American Academy of Ophthalmology. Dr. Barbour has been a provider for patients participating in this program for the past 15 years. The foundation provides eye exams and up to one year of care to US citizens and legal residents within the Continental U.S, Hawaii and Puerto Rico through volunteer ophthalmologists (EyeMDs) often at no out-of-pocket cost to those who qualify.

The T. Leroy Jefferson Society is a network of physicians in Palm Beach County which sponsors health fairs and mentoring opportunities. Dr. Barbour has been affiliated with this program and provides free glaucoma screenings annually at their events. 

Dr. Barbour serves as a member of the Diabetes Coalition of Palm Beach County. She and her staff provide free screenings for Diabetic Retinopathy through the annual Palm Beach County Diabetes Coalition -Diabetes Week events. 


The Smiles and Vision Foundation is a non-profit organization with a mission to provide both dental care and eye care services to those individuals who are less fortunate, both locally and worldwide. The program also provides mentoring and scholarships to students interested in pursuing education in those respective areas of study. The foundation was formed by Dr. Monique Barbour and her husband Dr. Robert Victome. To find out more please visit the website www.smilesandvision.org.
